2.     The contest is open to legal United States residents, residing in the United States, eighteen years of age or older. Employees of COOKIES UNITED LLC and members of their immediate families, COOKIES UNITED LLC parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their advertising, promotion, and production agencies are not eligible to enter. Entry into this contest constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules.

 

3.     How to enter: Participants must complete a submission at https://www.cakebitespromo.combetween May 1, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. ET, and May 31, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. ET. Submit your entry by visiting https://www.cakebitespromo.com and include your name, birthday, and email address for your chance to win. Entries are limited to one (1) valid email address. All entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. Limit one winner per household or address. The Prize Pack winner will receive an email message from COOKIES UNITED LLC requesting additional information. If a potential winner fails to respond within 10 days or fails to provide COOKIES UNITED LLC with the requested information within 10 days or is determined that the winner is not eligible to win, the Prize Pack will be forfeited and the Prize Pack will not be awarded.

 

4.     This contest is governed exclusively by the laws of the United States. 

 

5.     COOKIES UNITED LLC is not responsible for entries that may be lost, late, delayed or misdirected, damaged, illegible, or incorrect. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. 6.     In case of dispute as to the identity of any online entrant, the entry will be declared made by the registered name and address on such entry. 8.     The Prize Pack winner will be selected at random. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the promotion. 

 

9.     By entering the contest, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of COOKIES UNITED LLC and its partners, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the contest. 13.  All entries become the property of COOKIES UNITED LLC. The Prize Pack winner agrees that COOKIES UNITED LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and employees the (“Released Parties”) shall have no liability in connection with acceptance or use of the Prize Pack offered.  By accepting this Prize Pack, the winner agrees to hold harmless the Released Parties for any injuries, damages or losses that may be sustained in connection with the ownership, use or misuse of any prize within the Prize Pack.
